MacBook Pro logic board replaced twice within 1 year — request for replacement or warranty extension

Extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Bought a MacBook Pro M4 Pro on 14 Dec 2024 for ~₹2L.

Within one year, 2 logic board replacements and speaker replacement.

• Logic board replaced in Aug 2025

• Another logic board replacement ongoing now

How does a premium laptop need its motherboard changed twice in a year? This is clearly a faulty unit.

Customer care refused to even share an escalation email, saying it’s “protocol.” That’s unacceptable.

My warranty is ending, and if this happens again, I’ll have to pay almost the price of a new laptop — for no fault of mine.

I’m asking for a FREE replacement or FREE 1-year extended warranty. I’ve invested ₹2L and still can’t get peace of mind or ROI.
