Where are you seeing this subscription exactly?
Does it appear on your payment method's statement?
If so, does it appear as "apple.com/bill" or something else.
If it does not appear as "apple.com.bill" then its not coming form Apple and as such would not appear on your Apple account. You would need to manage it directly with the provider of the subscription.
If it does appear as "apple.com/bill", but does not show up in your subscriptions, then if you share your payment method with anybody or are the Family Organizer in a Family Sharing group, check the other person's or Family members accounts.

If its just a message or email purporting you have a subscription it's probably a scam.
