Apple Watch Unlock MacOs - no longer works

After upgrading to 26.2 my Apple Watch no longer unlocks my Mac OS, which is quite annoying. I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps, disabling unlock, rebooting, and turning back on. Both watch and Mac have MFA turned on, Wifi, and Bluetooth are enabled.
