Failed payment on Apple.com but still getting billed as guest checkout
I tried to make a purchase on Apple.com for an iPad Air and checked out using the guest method. I tired using the split payment method. Apple.com kept saying the payment failed yet they charged both my bank accounts and didn’t provide any order details etc. this is over a month now. My bank is unable to help because they said they charges went through to Apple
