Office 365 inaccessible on MacBook Air after migration

I just bought a new MacBook Air and migrated my data from my old one. I cannot access my family's Office 365 subscription on my new device. I have googled what to do via Microsoft Support, but nothing has helped. Does anyone know any tricks before I have to call MS?

You may need to download the latest versions of the Office 365 applications from Microsoft's site.

I would assume that you also need to activate them on the new MacBook Air, which may require deactivating them on the old Mac first.
