Default Text color in Contacts app under Mac OS 26.1 Tahoe. White does not lend to copy and paste into other apps. How to change?
Tahoe macOS Contacts text color now defaults to white (Tahoe MacOS 26.1). Not good for copy and paste as destinations are usually white background so any time you try to copy and paste a phone number or email address from your Contacts app, and paste it into a different app or utility (such as a spreadsheet or a note or word processing document), you are pasting white text onto a white background which makes it invisible. How can we change the default text color in the Contact app to black as it was before so that copy and paste will work?
Somebody did not test out the use cases for the Contact app. Eye candy is pointless if it gets in the way of usability. If Apple is going to make copyable text white, at least it should give the option to vary the default text color so it does not disappear when you paste it.
