If you accidentally subscribed to Apple One while you still had free trials for services like Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, etc., you unfortunately can’t get those lost free trial periods back once they’ve expired. Apple’s rules say that free trials or offers for individual services cannot be reinstated after they end, even if you signed up for Apple One and lost the time you hadn’t used yet. They also won’t combine or extend free trials with Apple One offers, and Apple doesn’t have any obligation to give back that trial time after it’s gone.
However, you can try asking Apple for a refund of the Apple One subscription charge if you didn’t want it — some people have gotten refunds by explaining the mistake, but Apple doesn’t guarantee it. The best way to do that is through Apple’s refund system.
Try requesting a refund:
Visit Apple’s official refund page and choose “I’d like to request a refund” for the Apple One purchase. Apple will review and respond (usually within 24–48 hours).
