MacBook Air (M1, 2020) Screen Distortion - Advice Needed

Hello!

Recently, my MacBook Air (M1, 2020) has began displaying weird hues/tints of colors (included pics below) and I'm not sure why. I have tried restarting my Mac, running the diagnostic settings, booting into safe mode, and switching off True Tone and lower power mode, yet these were only temporary fixes. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do next? I should also add that I've had this device for almost 2 years now.
