How do I get a refund for multiple duplicate YouTube Premium subscriptions?

Hi, I have been paying twice for a Youtube premium account. So for 12 months I was paying an additional £16.99 September 2024 - September 2025. I have been able to get a refund for the last installment but the previous installments are not eligible?

Anyone have any suggestions?

I suspect Apple (and pretty much any other vendor) expects you to keep an eye on things and to have noticed this long ago. You are lucky to get even a single refund since refunds of almost any kind are considered an exception.
