WhatsApp Video Note feature not working on iPhone
I found recently that WhatsApp video notes are no longer recording, or will record for 5 seconds but not send on iPhone, but work on iPad fine through the WhatsApp app
You will need to contact Meta for help with their software, this is not an Apple product.
