How to fix Fitness rings not matching Health data?

I have 5 days from earlier this month where there is fitness data from my watch stored in health, and it’s visible in Fitness (in the bar charts) but all of my rings are showing as 0 or very small numbers for that day. Ie/ move ring is 4 when the actual data is 600 for the day.


I can’t get these dates to correct themselves so my rings match the health/ fitness data. I’ve restarted both my phone and watch, force quit and reopened all of the apps, also unpaired and re-paired my watch. I’ve even tried manually adjusting the date and time on my phone to one of the blank days to see if it will re-register the data, but that hasn’t worked either.


It has broken my monthly and ongoing move streak, and it’s driving me nuts! Any suggestions are appreciated.
