Apple Watch 11 not listed as data source for Cardio Recovery

I just replaced my Apple Watch Series 6 with a Series 11 watch. I have not gotten Cardio Recovery value in the last 5 days but have gotten VO2 max data from my new watch. When I look at the data source for Cardio Recovery I only see my old watch as a data source, but when I look at VO2 max it show both my new and old watch as data sources. Why isn't Cardio Recovery logging data from my new watch?
