Siri requires location to make a basic call from an iPhone?
We are now rounding out 2025 and Siri STILL requires precise location to place a call.
When one places a call with an iPhone, location (nor precise location) are required. Press the button and call is made. Siri, however, can't seem to figure out how to simply press the button to place a call, instead INSISTING on precise location permissions.
While we know Apple is not here, maybe someone who had a pretty good technical background professionally could chime in.
We should be able to ask Siri to place a call as easily as pressing a number to dial from the phone, ZERO location data required.
