iOS photo app is no longer regonizing faces

iOS photo app is no longer regonizing faces. For past 10 days (a few days before I updated to 26.2 from 26.1). Photos app is not recognizing any faces. Photos taken before Dec 6 are recognized, photos taken after that date are not. They're even the same people. Restart have helped the process. They’re just not being recognized.
