View emails in the stored data of a closed and non existent mail account

I have the entire contents of a now closed email account. The email account does not exist anywhere apart from this saved folder and its subfolders and files of email messages on my Mac.

How can I view this ex-account's mails as I can no longer add it to the account list in my Mac mail app?
