Stop "Mobile Data is Turned Off" Nag in iOS, without complying with any of its demands.
iPhone SE2 iOS 18.7 repeatedly produces unwanted warning, which halts everything on the phone, and sits at the top level of the screen stack until you are forced to respond to its demand: "Mobile Data is Turned Off. Turn on mobile data or use Wi-Fi to access data".
I do not wish to
a) see this notification ever
b) change my phone's 4G or Wi-Fi status just to prevent it appearing
c) modify my use of mobile data for apps or services to circumvent the warning pop-up
d) lose access to any of my iPhones apps or features.
I simply don't want the notification. I have a good understanding of how and when my phone is connected to the Internet and Apple's iOS must not insist on interrupting what I'm doing to tell me - again, and again, and again.
Any suggestions? This super annoying "Data Access" nag only appeared in a fairly recent iOS update. Dec 2025. I do not want advice on changing how my iPhone or its apps access the Internet. I simply want to be rid of the nag.
