Medications Health Data Not Synching.

Health app medications data is not showing up across my iPad and iPhones. Both appear independently,. Updating, for example, taking a med on my iPad is not seen on the iPhone and vice-versa. Other aspects managed by the Health app seem ok such as sleep data from my series 11 apple watch. Health app is listed as ON under iCloud+ synch. All devices at current OS levels as of today. iPhone 17 pro max and iPad Pro gen 5. (26.2)
