How do I fix Screen Time issues on multiple iOS devices?

I used to have screen time turned on until it started having lots of problems. First when it says out of time when I click enter screen time passcode and put it in nothing happens it stays on the OK or ask for more screen time screen. Second I tried turning app limits and downtime off but it stayed the same as how it was before nothing changed. And this happens on all of my child’s devices and I’m on iOS 26 only one of my child’s devices is on iOS 15. I want this fixed please.

Often, the connection between your Apple ID and the Screen Time server gets stuck. Resetting the "Share Across Devices" toggle usually forces a refresh.

On your iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings > Screen Time.

Scroll down and toggle Share Across Devices to OFF.

Wait 30 seconds, then toggle it back to ON.

Repeat this on every device you own (Mac, iPad, etc.).
