The fingerprint recognition on my Apple bluetooth keyboard has become intermittent. The fingerprint pad has been cleaned several times, but recognition has become intermittent for several sites. This recognition failure is not consistent, even on the same sites from time to time. Any ideas about what could be going wrong?

I would try forgetting and re-pairing the keyboard, or removing and re-adding your fingerprint. If neither of those fix it, it might be a hardware issue (covered under warranty if within 1 year of purchase).
