Missing Notifications even though notifications have always been on.

The other day, notifications from apps stopped showing up on my phone. I’m still getting the important ones from iMessage and Phone, but everything else has stopped. I checked the apps I want notifs from, and all the notifications are still on. I followed a Reddit post and shut off my phone, but nothing changed when it came back on. I also checked and did the IOS 26.2 update. It fixed the problem for a few hours before all notifications from the other apps stopped again. This is extremely frustrating and annoying because my phone has never done this before. I’ve had this iPhone 14 Pro for about three years now. I haven’t dropped it in water or dropped it a lot. Any ideas?

Check this, first.

Or Use and customize the Action button on iPhone - Apple Support (IN)

Then please check the following.

Notification Preview when Screen is Locked, Notification Alerts, Notification OFF, and much more...

  1. To get Notifications when the Screen is locked see the pic below which is self-explanatory
  2. To turn ON notifications selectively for apps, go to Settings > Notifications > Scroll Down to the App and turn ON notifications... Change notification settings on iPhone - Apple Support (IN)
  3. Some apps have their own notification settings over and above the iOS notification settings: An example of Instagram Notification settings is given below
  4. Help for Notification Alerts --> No Notification Alerts - Apple Community
  5. For VIP email Alerts refer to the pic below
  6. The pic below is self-explanatory
