Scanner failure issue with HP 8025e on iMac running Sequoia 15.6.1
iMac 27" Retina 5k 2020 running Sequoia 15.6.1. HP all-in-one 8025e printer printing fine but get "scanner failure" message when trying to scan. Have tried various fixes recommended on here, including ensuring local network settings are set to on etc. HP website does not show any driver updates available for Mac OS - only options for downloads identify operating system as MS - no OS options at all. HP support suggests Mac users just use AirPrint?? Scanner still doesn't work... Is this a hardware issue or software? Thanks in advance.
