Have you encountered the problem of someone at Apple place an Access Denied aggression on your online banking website? This intrusive aggressor ought to be stopped and ousted from Apple organization!

This was not sent by someone from Apple. They does not deny access to specific websites unless you set up restrictions or the person in charge of a family group did, if you are part of a family.
I googled the error message and referenced web site. Microsoft offered the following advice.
It is NOT Apple that is denying your access, not sure how you came to that conclusion. If you are using a VPN, then get rid of it. Banks are not fond of a VPN proxy attempting to access their servers. Also you should delete your cookies/website data for Bank of America by going to Safari > Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data and search for "bankofamerica".

What browser and browser version are you using? Many sites are now blocking older browser versions, including Safari. I find that a large number of people buying new computers do so because of a loss of website support, not a loss of performance. We recently replaced my wife's iMac because the old one was deemed "not secure enough" by the online banking sites she uses.
In addition to an error arising from old unsupported browsers and hardware, web sources say it can also be from server overload. I suspect that banking and credit cards sites are seeing a LOT of pre-Christmas activity.
Contact the bank. You likely are using an incorrect username or password. Or, the Bank's web server is having access issues.
