Photos crop functions not available

When editing in Photos, in the crop function, two of the three options (straighten and perspective) are not available.

You can see this to the far right in the enclosed picture.

The error started a few days ago. I use iPad Pro 12.9", iPadOS 26.2.

Well, actually it's there:

But it's weird.

Instead of the 3 choices being arranged vertically, they are horizontal (and invisible!) Obviously a glitch. You put your finger above the little circle and swipe right or left to see the different choices. Silly. I wish I had figured this out, but someone else here found it.

At the top of the iPad is a little triangular symbol

that looks kind of like a funnel, and it represents a filter. If you tap that, you get a menu of things you can filter:

One of those is "Not in Album."

On a Mac we have used a Smart Album to do this, but in Tahoe the Filter (which has moved more to the top center)

can also show pictures "Not in an Album" without having to use a Smart Album.
