How to pick the background highlight color of navigator panel in Xcode?

Xcode in dark theme, when items are selected in the navigator panel they have an obvious system blue background, very easy to see. But when you click in another panel, say to edit the code you just found from the navigator, the background of the selected item almost matches the general background. Makes it very hard to see to work down the list of items you've found.

I've made it a little easier to see by adjusting my display brightness, but that's not ideal.

I've edited what I thought were the relevant colors in Settings/Themes, but can't find this one.
