MacOS Tahoe, more like MacOS Vista

With the new update to unify OS standards over different types of devices, I had hopes that strong desktop features from MAcOS would make their way into iPadOS and iOS. It seems i was wrong. Regarding my degrading experience with macOS I got a few question, if anybody knows how i can change stuff in the settings or if there are thirdparty apps to do the job Apple can't:

  1. The bar on the top got wider. I read somethign about 25 to 31 pixels. For all intense and purposes, that's not a bad change. But I use a photo of the night sky (dark background)as wallpaper. With this you can see, that the top bar now extends beneath the notch. It irritates and looks absolutely horrible. I guess setting a black background will make it reproduceable on any Mac with a notch. Is there a fix for this?
  2. The Launchpad got exchanged/degraded for the "Apps" folder from iOS. Since the recent update on Tahoe you can resize windows by dragging them to either side of the screen, just like on Windows. As somebody who switched from Windows to a MBP M4 I really like this feature, since on Sequoia I had to use third party apps like Rectangle to do so. Question: Why is the stupid ass Apps application not resizeable? One of the best features of the Launchpd was the listing of your apps on the full screen. Why is the Apps application restricted to a little 4 by 5 inch windows in the middel of the screen? It stresses out my eyes and feels crappy to use compared to the automatic sorting of your Apps into ctaegories/folders on the most right screen (App-Media) on my iPhone.
  3. Not only does the top bar now extend beneath the notch, between the top bar and every programm is a row of one or more pixels as a seperating line clearly visible between those UX elements. Is it possible to get rid of this?

I feel like instead of getting strong macOS features on the mobile devices, Tahoe downgrades the desktop experience. Can we please keep the Sequoia standards on UX changes, not implementing every crappy idea just for changes sake?

Thanks to all people putting up with my wall of text and even more thanks if somebody got a solution for my problems.
