iPhone 7 speaker/phone calls not working

The other day while I was on a call, the speaker made a really loud noise in my ear and stopped working. Now any time I try to call someone or receive someone's calls they can't hear me and I can't hear them. My phone will also not allow me to call anyone on speakerphone. It also won't allow me to listen to voicemails. Any advice on why this is happening or what to do? I dropped my phone a couple of weeks ago and the screen cracked so I'm wondering if this is somehow related but the speaker only stopped working three days ago so I'm not sure.
