i accudentally subscribed to an in app purchase and i canceled it but it still billed me.

Assuming you canceled it using Apple's methods (if not, you would have to rely on whatever method you used):

The following article states:

" If you don’t cancel more than 24 hours before your renewal date, your subscription might renew."
