One friend gave me an Iphone 7+ and it was broken, i fixed the problem but he forgot his apple id and password which i've made when he bought the phone. But both of us can't remember the apple id and pass. Is there some solution?

You didn't mention anything in your original post about unlocking the phone. The Apple ID & Password are entirely different than the Passcode to unlock the phone. If that's the issue, see If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled.
This phone haven't been used for 2/3 months and my friend gave it to me to fix it and if i want to use it. It had problem with the battery and after we fixed the phone we couldn't unlock it with the passcode because he forgot it, soo i tried some passcodes and after 20 wrong tries the phone has been disabled and it should be connected to iTunes. When i connected it there was an error which was showing me i have to enter the passcode but i cannot because it was disaebled already. After that i reset it and now we can't remember the apple ID, maybe the password is not that kind of problem but we cant remember the ID. and there is probably one more problem. when we've made the account i don't remember do we entered backup email, or its just this with the icloud. If we dont have other email for backup maybe i was thinking of connecting with apple support i have the documents of the phone and we can figure something.
Without the ID and password the device is useless to you.
Oh, and there is no chance to unlock the phone?
