I would like to know how can I install an earlier version of Numbers App om my Mac. Currently it is running on MacOs Sierra which doesn't allow the later update of the Numbers.
Let me know how and where can I get the previous version of the Numbers.

I suggest that you move with the times, if possible. Numbers '09 is (as SG said) 10 year old orphanware.
The latest version of Numbers is version 6 which requires macOS High Sierra or macOS Mojave.
See if your machine will run a newer version of macOS:

My understanding is that the Mac App Store only has the latest version that will run on your operating system.
I've heard it may be possible to by a 10-year-old boxed version of the iWork suite in on-line stores. But at this point I'm not sure what advantages there would be in committing to "orphanware."
Keeping hardware and software up to date is, I believe, the best way to ensure a good experience with Numbers.
