Hello,
My kids are very smart and have figured out my screen time passcode. I would like to change the passcode but the option to do so seems to be missing from the screen time menu. Not sure how to bring it back. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Go to Settings/Screen Time. There should be a field called "change screen time password". If there isn't while in Screen Time settings go to Content & Privacy Restrictions and change the setting for Passcode Changes under "Allow changes".
