3rd Party Messages

Does Apple have message sent from 3rd parties pertaining to icloud accesses. Received a message from ID Alert telling me my iCloud account was to accesses another browser. Below is the message statement I would just like to know if this is something that Apple would do. The other strange thing is when I copy and pasted it here 51 appeared in the middle of certain words just see fake to me. Anyone else receive anything like this

When you see this alerts, you can go to Verification Form to unlock your account with your existing password.

That is not from Apple. It is a scam.
