Disabling Voiceover on Startup

Hey there,

When I restart my Macbook Pro, voiceover is automatically started.

I am running MacOS Mojave.

I have searched through forums and found the following setting (screenshot below):

Settings > Users & Groups > Login Options > Accessibility Options > Voiceover

The Voiceover option is currently NOT toggled, yet it is still turning on when I restart my computer. I have toggled it on and back off (to see if that would fix anything), with no success.

Any suggestions?

FWIW, the screen shot you are showing turns on or off the keyboard shortcuts. You want to disable VoiceOver in System Preferences > Accessibility > VoiceOver.
