Hi this is kalee! I was just wondering if you could refund me for a subscription that was accidentally charged on my account

iPhone 6s, iOS 12

To get a refund, make sure the subscription has been cancelled, and then fill in the form here to request a refund: iTunes Store - Contact Us - Apple Support

Well there you go. As per the terms of service of the iTunes Store, all sales and subscriptions are final, and Apple is under no obligation to grant refunds.


They are known to do so on occasion for good enough reasons, but if they don't find the reason compelling enough they are known to deny it and are within their rights to do so. Other than appealing to them again, there's not much else to do.
