iTunes sign in request infinite loop - tried many solutions already and still no success

Anyone have this too? Any solutions?


I thought it was my password wrong at first but then realised it's just an infinite loop

If you haven't already done so then upgrade to macOS 10.14.5 which will also update iTunes. Try holding down option+cmd as you launch iTunes so it opens in safe mode. Try holding down shift as your Mac starts up to open it in safe mode. See If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or Apple Books - Apple Support.
