No "Batteries" widget in iOS 12.3 on iPad Mini 4

I went to the "More Widgets" list but it isn't there. How do I get it?

What Bluetooth devices do you have paired with your iPad? If you don't have any Bluetooth devices paired, you won't see a battery widget. And not ALL Bluetooth devices will show battery levels.

No it's not. The battery level for the iPad is posted on your home screen, so there's no need for a widget to repeat what you can see on the home screen.

OK. I thought there would be more detail than is shown by the simple icon on the screen.
