Payment info could not be updated....

...and my payment method was declined on a card that is valid, has money on it and is in use in everyday life. I even tried another card that Im using every day and the system said the same thing

What type(s) of cards, debit or credit ? Not all debit cards work with iTunes.


For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you live (and therefore the country which is on your iTunes account).
