clear my credit balance
I need to change the country/region So i need to clear my credit balance $ 0.10 because it less than the cost of a single item. So, what should i do to red of this credit and get my balance 0.0?

Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a credit card to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
