So my mother put restriction on my phone awhile ago and I turned 18 and need full access to my phone but she forgot the password. what do I do?

Wipe the phone as new using recovery mode If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
