i have an iphone xr and ive had it a few months. ive cracked the front and the back of my phone. now im experiencing glitching, its like my phone has a mind of its own. it switches apps while im typing, it closes me out of my phone etc.

The touch screen is damaged.
If both the front and back are cracked, the phone needs to be replaced.
