error 10008

I have a still photo with a fade-out transistion and get the error message. I WANT this fade-out. How can I render the video?

iMac 21.5", macOS 10.14

Error 10008 is a rendering error that can be caused by corruption in a clip, or it can be related to just this project.


Others have posted with this problem. Here's a link to a thread that lists some of the solutions that have worked:

In your case I would first try doing an Edit/Select All, Edit/Copy, of the media in your project, and then Edit/Paste it into a newly created project. Then see if you can share out the new project. If that doesn't work, try some of the other remedies that I listed in the above link.
