I had bought an album of songs many years ago. The songs are still on my iPad Air, however they are not on my iPhone 7. They are not available to purchase in the iTunes Store as well. How can I get those songs onto my phone, if they no longer appear to be in the iTunes library?

Connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases to copy them over, and then sync them to the phone
