Deleted OS on Mac book dusk

Well trying to clear operating system to I accidentally erased OS completely and cannot Download any operating systems with out their messages I'm stuck somebody please help

If you have another Mac, you can create USB macOS installer with DiskMaker X8 macOS Mojave which is available at Mac App Store for free.
