My phones microphone has completely stopped working, and my phone no longer lets me makes phone calls. I’ve had this phone for a little over a year and it’s a iPhone 7, can somebody help me?

This didn’t help, as my phone won’t even let me FaceTime or record anything it will just say “no audio devices found”.
