No camera shutter sound, live photos is off, volume is on, etc. Sound in music library doesn't work either. Read the older posts on this.

My SE phone the camera shutter sound it off. I checked all the things already suggested. Live photos is off, sound is on, keyboard sound is on, I've rebooted... Keyboard sounds work. Phone rings, sounds for sending and receiving messages works, sound in music library doesn't work. Anyone have other suggestions?
