Facetime

Before the recent update to iOS I could hear FaceTime ring on my iPad. Since the update I cannot hear FaceTime ring on my iPad. I tried with the sounds and I tried looking at FaceTime everything seems to be in order.

See if you have muted your iPad. If not, check the ringer settings in Settings —> Sounds. (e.g. ringer volume) If you are using a custom ringtone (e.g. created in GarageBand), check again if you have recorded properly. If still not, contact Apple Support. [Get Support]
