Apple Music skipping
most of my music wont play on my phone’s music app, it plays on my computer though. I’ve tried re-adding and downloading the music but it won’t help.

Check out this page: Get help with iCloud Music Library and scroll to "If you can't download, play, or access songs". You may want to try a different network or toggling iCloud Music Library off and back on.
Have you checked for any updates to iOS? Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
You can also try deleting the Music app, restarting your iPhone and then redownloading the Music app in the App Store: Delete built-in Apple apps on your iOS 12 or later device or Apple Watch. This can delete any downloaded Apple Music from your device.
