Apps won’t download

Hi everyone,

Thank you for reading. I tried downloading a free app but for some reason it says update payment. My payment method is the same and has not changed. So when my account is low or empty I can’t get a free app, ever?!?!? That’s really messed up! So just because I’m broke at this moment I can’t make a download that is free… Well that’s Very discriminating! Didn’t really think Apple was discriminating against paying your bills on time and having to live without money for a moment. I’m OK with it but I guess Apple isn’t going to allow me to do that. I think this needs to get fixed otherwise it’s very discriminative. Whatever having a diversity and love and compassion. If you see an app it’s free and there’s no need for you to have a bank account as long as I don’t make purchases obviously if I don’t have a bank account or there’s no money in my bank account there should be no need for me to make purchases why do you have to have it. There’s no reason you always have to have my payment method if there’s no payment associated with what I’m going to utilize that app for. I guess that means I can’t update either?

because a lot of free apps aren’t really “free” and have in app purchases or recurring charges, so there needs to be a payment method in place. You. might have an unpaid balance or upcoming charges. Everyone has the same terms. To give you special access would be “discriminatory”.

.View your purchase history to see your recent purchases and find out which order is unpaid.

upcoming charges might be app subscriptions
