Retina Screen Issues (Dead Pixels Rising)

Over the past 6 or 7 months I have had this issue with my macbook pro late 2016 model with touch bar laptop where initially a horizontal line appeared at the bottom of the laptop screen. Over time it grew but the display still worked, the black bar would copy thing that was there if it was for a long period of time. Furthermore after the laptop cools down or has not been used for a while the black bar would not be there anymore but as time goes on using the laptop it would steadily make the way up. Right now it covers 1/5 of the screen, I don't know what the problem as the display is not damaged. What should I do or does anyone know anything about this?

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.14

Take it to your nearest Apple store or authorized service provider for an evaluation.
