Group messaging

I don't see the "name this group" section above the names when trying to set up a group in messaging.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12

If the group message is in green, or contains a non-iOS device, you cannot name the group message. Send a group message on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple
