I’ve been trying to get my daughter iPhone past the lock. It’s asking for the iCloud and password but I can’t seem to remember her password and neither does she! I’ve tried answering security question but it’s not taking the Birthday
If you can't reset the account's password (can you not do it via email ?) : If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
contact Support and see if they can reset it for you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
